Will Somers was Henry VIII’s fool. In William Tells he allows us to eavesdrop on Tudor life. Having the ear of his King, Will offers a rare insight into Henry's turmoil, disappointment and confusion with church, country and conscience, as he tries to leave England a healthy male heir. A lively, historically accurate musical, the show even boasts a beheading!
